Actually, what we refer to as our "3-inch" ad varies from a minimum of 3 inches high to more than 4 inches, depending on your screen's resolution and size. It is 120 pixels wide by 260 pixels high.

And our "4-inch" ad varies from 4¼ inches high to over 5 inches. It is 120 pixels wide by 340 pixels high.
