Meet State Senator Alarcon Next Wednesday in San Diego!

    --------------------------------

Attorney Linda Atcherley, who many of you know participated in the hearings this week in Sacramento on behalf of injured workers, has requested that the WC community be apprised of the following:

Senator Alarcon is going to be in San Diego on Wednesday, December 15, 2004, at 5:30 p.m. at the Law Offices of Felipe Hueso.

Donations are nice, but it would also be good to have a lot of people there to let him know that his work for injured workers is greatly appreciated. Also, if people wish to make a donation to Sen. Alarcon's Mayoral campaign, there is no minimum donation, anything is appreciated. Further any donations that are personal rather than business are matched by the City of Los Angeles, so personal checks, credit cards, etc. are preferred. No cash.

I would really like to see a lot of people there. It is a good time to ask questions and to speak with him. I think he is a good person. He is very approachable and understands the issues and problems of the working class.

    Thank you.

    Linda Atcherley
