    IMR Emergency Regulations Officially Approved

    The new emergency regulations regarding the Independent Medical Review procedures (the "FOURTH" doctor an injured worker may consult to dispute a finding of his treating doctor) -- which WorkInjury.com has discussed and reviewed elsewhere in our news section -- has now been officially approved by the Office of Administrative Law. The DWC is encouraging doctors to apply.
