  • Claims Examiners Must Now Use WCIS DataBase

    The regulations regarding the digital data reporting of lien claims, finalized this past March, are now being implemented by the DWC through a database run by the California Workers' Compensation Institute.

    To request a variance from these regulations (there are still some glitches, as well as companies not yet able to digitally communicate properly), claims administrators can get the necessary forms, etc. ..... click here.*
