First, it was Chief's Disease (see our earlier article on this by clicking here).

Now, in response to another request by the Sacramento Bee for an internal audit of the CHP, there are apparently some civilian CHP employees who aren't aware that there's only 24 hours in a day!

The audit has turned up some such overttime logs, showing that not only attorneys can bill more hours than exist, at least on Earth...
