Attorneys Who Will Argue Brodie Cases Named

      ----------------------------

As the April 3rd date approaches for oral arguments on the Brodie/Welcher cases scheduled before the state Supreme Court, the Court has listed the attorneys who will be arguing on behalf of the applicants (3, Mssrs. Gearhart, Borg and Froba) and on behalf of the defendants (2, Mssrs. Chou and Lui).

Since each side gets only 30 minutes total to argue, that means the applicants' counsel get 10 minutes a piece, while the defense gets 15 minutes each! (Not much time for a potentially career-changing event...)
