    Major Study on How Employers Treat Employees

    This report studied how employees described their treatment by their employers. 105,000 people were surveyed. Workers were asked to respond to such statements as:

      I can do my job without management looking over my shoulder.

      I feel proud to work here. I get my fair share of the profits.

      There's a minimum of backstabbing and politicking.

      I'm given all the tools I need to do good job here.
