Case Involving Liability of HOA and Property Manager Now Certified

We recently reported about the case in which the Second District held that both a homeowners association and its property manager were jointly and severally liable for workers compensation benefits for an injured worker who otherwise would have had to go after his uninsured employer.
This past week the Court certified the case for publication.
The case is Heiman v. WCAB.
