    Applications for QME Exam Now Available

    The Division of Workers' Compensation Medical Unit is accepting applications for its upcoming qualified medical evaluator examination. The exam will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at two to-be-named locations, one in Southern California and one in Northern California.

    The deadline for filing exam applications is March 8, 2007.

    Applications for the QME exam may be downloaded from the DWC Web site at http://www.dir.ca.gov/IMC/exampacket.pdf.

    Applicants may also contact the DWC Medical Unit at 510-286-3700 to request an application via U.S. mail or fax.
