    Time for Petitioning for Reconsideration of Amended Award Now Certified for Publication

    We reported two weeks ago (click here to read our previous article) that the First District Court of Appeal had ruled on when a petition for reconsideration is timely when it related to an amended Award.

    Last week the Court certified that opinion (Nestle v. WCAB) for publication.
