    No Prosecution in CHP's 'Chief's Disease' Scandal

    Well, the Sacramento County District Attorneys Office, despite admitting that the system was sorely abused, announced that there was insufficient evidence to criminally charge anyone with a crime in the ongoing saga of "Chief's Disease" (click here for our most recent articles on the saga).
