      ----------------------------

In light of the recent freeze throughout much of California's farm land, State Compensation Insurance Fund has advised its farm-related policyholders that those that have sustained business losses or disruptions will be extended special credit terms regarding their policies.

With an estimated 10,000 laborers expected to lose their jobs, and with losses to the citrus, avocado and other California crops expected to close in on one billion dollars, any such help can't come soon enough.
