    In-Patient Hospital Services Fees Adjusted

    The Division of Workers' Compensation has posted an adjustment to the inpatient hospital services section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule (OMFS) to conform to changes in the Medicare payment system as required by Labor Code section 5307.1.

    Title 8, California Code of Regulations, sections 9789.22 and 9789.24 are adjusted to conform to the correction of notice of Jan. 5, 2007, published in the Federal Register.

    The effective date of the changes will be Mar. 1, 2007.
