    Companies Applauded for Workplace Excellence

    Peter Barron Stark & Associates awards companies for "workplace excellence" each year.

    The companies awarded must utilize an employee survey program and must either exceed an overall favorable response of at least 80% or improve their corporate culture by at least 8% on a consecutive survey within the last two years.

    Among the winners were Anthony Robbins Company (San Diego, CA), Arizona State Credit Union (Glendale, AZ) and the City of Escondido.
