Applications for Upcoming Exam

The Division of Workers' Compensation is now accepting applications for the next qualified medical evaluator examination.
The deadline for filing applications is Thursday, September 10, 2009.
The examination will be held Saturday, October 24, 2009.
Applicants can request that an application be sent to them by mail or fax, or they can download it from the link below.
