New Report Estimates Impact of Almaraz/Guzman & Ogilvie Decisions   The Office of Legislative Analyst has just released a report analyzing the probable effects of these recent WCAB opinions. The study concludes that there likely will be less uniformity in how permanent disabilities are rated, more litigation, increased benefits for workers and higher costs for carriers.
