Arnold's Recent State Board Appointments:
A Developing Pattern?
 

We reported last week on the appointment of the seventh WCAB Commissioner by the governor. We noted that he was a termed-out state legislator with virtually no known background in workers' compensation law.

The column linked below from the Los Angeles Times notes that this is far from the only such appointment our governor has recently made and that a pattern seems to be emerging of termed-out legislators, and others owed political favors, receiving great positions on state commissions.
