    ----------------------------------------------------------
Editor's Note:   As many of you know, Joel Geller, longtime applicants' attorney in San Diego - and frustrated writer-from-hell - has been posting multiple rantings in our Forums section incessantly now ever since our fair-haired Governor took over California's Wheel of Fortune. At first, we really didn't know what to make of him. Then, miraculously, we began to notice that there actually was a method to his madness, sometimes.

So in an effort to keep him from taking up all the spaces in our Forums sections, we've decided to give him the stage he so obviously, and desperately, needs. We hope you enjoy him as well. (And we've set up a "Joel Geller" topic in the Forums section for anyone who feels the need to comment on his comments...)

Of course, WorkInjury.com disclaims anything he might say that would make anyone want to sue us, so we've added our standard "commentary disclaimer" at the end of each of his commentaries.

Whether you agree or not with his sometime-extreme positions, we think you will at least be entertained. We hope to make his commentaries a regular feature and welcome opposing viewpoints!
