|
First, we recommend using the latest version of Windows Internet Explorer as your browser (and these instructions assume that).
Click Here to download, or upgrade to, the latest FREE version.

3. Articles or Cases Don't Open (after you're logged in):
This usually means your "java" isn't working (either isn't "enabled" or needs updating - both are simple to fix):
Try Updating Java First:
From the Windows DeskTop:
1. Select Start button > Settings > Control Panel > Java (it takes a few seconds to load)
2. Click Update tab at top, then "update now " button (you may have to reboot).
If That Doesn't Work (or Java Isn't "Enabled"):
1. Select Tools > Internet Options... from the menu bar.
The Internet Options dialog box opens.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Select the Trusted sites icon in the box of Web content zones.
4. Click the Custom level... button. The Security Settings dialog box opens.
5. Scroll down to the Scripting section, and then select the Enable radio button as the option for active scripting.
6. Click the OK button to dismiss the Security Settings dialog box.
A Warning message box asks if you are sure you want to change the security settings.
7. Click the Yes button to dismiss the message box.
8. Click the OK button to dismiss the Internet Options dialog box.

4. If Your Browser Isn't Accepting "Cookies":
In the rare case the above doesn't work, your browser may not be accepting cookies (which most websites require).
To fix this:
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy and move your control to "Medium."
Then click OK, then OK again.
Then when you're back on the website, exit your browser, then re-connect and log in.

5. If You Keep Seeing Outdated Pages Even After Our Weekly Updates:
This probably means your browser is not set to check for updated pages regularly.
To fix this:
Go to Tools > Internet Options then under "Browsing History," click "Settings."
Then check "Every time I visit the webpage."
Then click OK, then OK again.
Then when you're back on the website, exit your browser, then re-connect and log in.
