Adrian Cherikos has over 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney. After graduating from DePaul University School of Law he began his career on the defense side, representing fortune 500 companies in workers’ compensation proceedings. During that time Mr. Cherikos developed a keen understanding of how insurance companies work, and he brings that knowledge and experience to the Law Offices of Dworkin & Maciariello to fight for the rights of injured workers. Eventually he became interested in the petitioner’s side of workers’ compensation and fighting the good fight against insurance companies, taking advantage of those in need. Since switching sides, he has used that inside knowledge to fight for the rights of injured workers throughout the State of Illinois.

Adrian believes in workers’ rights and believes that fighting for the workers’ best interests is one of the most honorable practices he could undertake with his law degree. He is most proud of winning medical treatment for a bike messenger who went without proper compensation for over four years when he was hurt on the job. Not only did he win compensation for his injuries, but he won penalties against the company for failure to pay proper benefits to their employee.
